Natalie is qualified to an advanced level in Children's Care, Learning and Development. Natalie was previously our Head of Babies for two years, before being promoted to the Management Team. Natalie is further qualified in First Line Management, Food Hygiene, Special Needs and First Aid. Natalie is also responsible for Welsh Language Development within the Nursery. Natalie is mother to two children and before joining us worked for Willowbrook Primary School, assisting in the classroom. |
Kirsty Barlow

Kirsty is qualified to an advanced level in Children's Care, Learning and Development. Kirsty was previously our Head of Toddlers for four years, before being promoted to the Management Team. Kirsty is responsible for the operational running of our Nursery and is further qualified in First Line Management, First Aid and Food Safety for Catering. Kirsty is also responsible for activity planning for the Foundation Stage. |
Felicity Davies

Felicity holds a BSC (Hons) degree in Early Years Development and Education. In addition, she is qualified to the Cache Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education and is further qualified in Food Hygiene and First Aid. She previously worked for Tops Nursery in Pembrokeshire. |
Gemma Aherne

Gemma holds a CACHE Child Care and Education Diploma. She is also trained in First Aid and Food Hygiene and has had previous work experience with young babies. |
Kirsty Coles

Kirsty is Level 2 qualified in Childcare and Education and is currently working towards her Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development. Kirsty has been trained in First Aid and Food Hygiene and has had previous experience of working with all age groups. |
Amina Akthar

Amina is qualified in Health and Social Care and is studying for her Level 3 qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development. Amina has been trained in First Aid and Food Hygiene and previously worked for Nazareth House Nursery. |
Jennie Morgan
Baby Group |
Jennie has a CACHE Level 2 in Childcare and is currently working towards her NVQ 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development. Jennie has been trained in First Aid and previously worked for Orchard Day Nursery and the Cardiff City Football Club Nursery. |
Rebecca Thomas
Toddler Group |
Rebecca has A-levels in English language, Welsh & Psychology. She is fluent in Welsh and is currently working towards a qualification in Childcare. |
